Christmas Eve

Our advent calendar has been so fun and it's finally coming to an end.  Although exhausting at times {for me} the kids loved every second of it, so it's all worth it.

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve at G&G's house this year.  We had our traditional Christmas Eve dinner of Lasagna, garlic bread and salad with ice cream and homemade hot fudge for dessert.  It was yummy!

Avery, Carson & Austin's log cabin they built.

Tweedle and Gee opening their gift from all of us.

Hangin' out, being as cute as can be!

After we relaxed for a bit, it was time to open our family gifts.  Ryan and Torri's family had us. . .

Hooray!  New games!

"And what should our eyes appear, but Santa Claus and eight tiny reindeer. . ."

Yes that's right, the Jolly Old Elf himself came to our Christmas Eve party!  The kids were SO EXCITED they couldn't stand it!

Ave's and Quinney got to go up and ring Santa's Christmas bells while we sang Jingle Bells.

He's mesmerized by that Santa Claus  :)

Santa pulls one present out of his sack at a time and calls the kids up.  The suspense practically kills the children!  :)  Hayzen maybe could have waited a little longer for his turn. . .  ha ha!

"Maybe if I keep my eyes closed, he won't see me!"

"Okay, I guess he's not too bad."

Little Levi's turn.  Our baby's 1st Christmas. . .

Baby's first Christmas!

OH!  He is just the cutest!

Avery's next. . .

Quinnaford's turn. . .
{pink eye and all, he woke up with pink eye on Christmas Eve... ugh!}

Thanks for the gifts Santa!

It's tradition that we open one present on Christmas Eve.  It's always the same thing, new Christmas jammiesHooray!  The kids get so excited about their one present!   We love new Christmas jammies!!
