"I don't love..."

Last night, while Daddy was at his Elder's Quorum meeting, the kids and I ran to Children's Place to exchange a shirt for the right size.

On the way, there was an Ovation Hair Therapy ad on the radio.  Over and over again, satisfied Ovation Hair Therapy customers were proclaiming, "I love Ovation Hair!"

Behind me in the back seat I hear this little voice say,
"I don't love Ovation Hair."

I had to chuckle out loud!!  Hayzen is one tough crowd!  :)

He does love a lot of things though and my favorite is when he tells me, "I love you and I like you."

Lip tuck at it's best!

This little character is growing up way too fast.
He's so proud of his new found skill, he pulls himself up onto everything!  He'll be walking before we know it.

Happy Love Day

I woke up to these beautiful tulips and a homemade heart shaped card from my sweet Valentine.
Is he great or what?!  Tulips are my favorite!!

The kids had a fun time at their class parties at school.  Avery's class made Valentine bags to put their Valentine's in. . .

Quinn's class had been doing a unit on Postal Service so they just decorated their mailboxes for Valentine's. . .

When Daddy got home from work the table was all set and ready for our special Valentine's dinner.

Quinn is real excited about his Valentine!! :)

For our special Valentine dinner, we had Chicken Parmesan, pasta with homemade sauce and salad.  Yum-O!

It's our tradition to make and decorate Valentine cookies after dinner but I'm sad to say, we didn't make them this year.  By the time we ate dinner and got it cleaned up, it was a little too late, on a school night, to start making roll-out cookies from scratch. :(

We did however, enjoy a delectable chocolate covered strawberry that Justin surprised me with!

I love me some chocolate covered strawberries on Valentine's Day!!  ha ha!

Levi just wants to say...

Happy Valentine's Day!

My Toothless Valentine

My Quinnaford lost his very first tooth on Valentine's Day!

He wouldn't let us try and pull it out sooner, he waited until it was hanging by a thread... or root actually!  ha ha!
After he almost lost it with a bite of his lunch, he decided it was time to come out.  One quick yank later, and it was all over.

He's pretty proud of that little tooth... and the $10 he got from the Tooth Fairy!!

Because of the minor miss-hap the Tooth Fairy made when Avery lost her first tooth, the first tooth is worth 10 bucks around here.  :/  Eeek!!

Making Valentine's for my Valentines

Daddy, Avery, Quinn and Hayzen get candy and chocolate galore.

Little Levi gets yummy pink and white Valentine heart marshmallows.

Wrapped up in perfect little packages!
