Pizza Factory

First comes the dough. . .

then comes the sauce. . .

then the Canadian bacon. . .

{he's SO proud}

then the cheese. . .

and lastly, the pineapple. . .

And they're done! Hooray!

And the best part, eating it! YUM~O!

This was Hayzen first time making his
own mini pizza all by himself.
He loved it!
After every topping he'd put on his pizza,
he'd stop and clap for himself,
it was too cute!

All he needs now is a little apron like big brother and sister,
I'll get right on that! :)

Sundee Morning Baths

We've got our pretty Princess, our little green Frog,
and our trusty Fireman...

"Look at my long pink hair!"

Then Avery slyly removes her hood and reveals her true hair and whispers, "Mama, I really have blonde hair, and it's looks a fright." :)

Last Night = Family Movie Night

When you're armed with a bowl of zebra popcorn & licorice,
your pillow pet and a movie,
the night is perfect!

The movie of choice last night, How To Train Your Dragon, a favorite of ours!

{Family Movie Nights are the BEST!}

These boys...

I was trying to get them dressed...
But, as soon as Quinn took his jammies off and I got Hayzen's off, they took off running and hid themselves under the desk.

It is so fun to watch Hayzen mimic Quinney's every move. If Quinn takes off running, so does Hayzen, even if he has no idea where they're running to.
I'm so glad they have each other!

Sneaky little boys...

Petco. Where the pets go!

Last week we went on a fun little field trip to Petco with Quinney's preschool class. They had lots of different kinds of animals there, I was surprised.

Here are a few that we saw...

CRUSH...

DORY...

MARLIN AND NEMO were there too!
How exciting!

I don't care what anyone says about mice, they are stinkin' cute!! They were being so funny on the spinning wheel too.

Perhaps my favorite of the day, the Chinchillas. They were SO SO SO cute, makes me want to hold and squish 'em! They have the softest fur I've ever felt too. I wanted to take one home for a pillow!---Hey, then I'd have my very own pillow-pet! ha ha! Yay, my very own {live} pillow-pet!! ha ha!
Oh, that was funny. Sometimes I just crack myself up!

We had a great time learning about all the different animals at Petco. It was a super fun field trip!

It snowed the other day...inside our house!

Look at the fun thing Daddy let them do!

Are you kidding me?!!

Yes, that's right, Justin let them do this, NOT ME! :)

It all started with an innocent game of 'Karate Kid' to see who could Karate-chop through the foam pieces that came wrapped around a frame... again, Justin's idea.

As soon as the pieces were small enough for my comfort of clean-up I told them that it was time to stop. "Oh, it's okay, they're having fun," was the reply I got from Justin.
Surprise surprise! ha ha!

I know they were having fun but I was more concerned about the mess that would be EVERYWHERE and the clean-up that I would have to deal with when they were finished having their fun! So, we made a deal, if Justin wanted to let them have their fun, then Justin would have to clean-up their fun. Sounds good to me! :)

So the fun continued...

After Karate-chopping the foam into small pieces, Avery and Quinn found out how fun it was to break-up and crumble it into snow. Tough time to be driving they said, the blizzard they created stranded these poor trucks and they couldn't get home for dinner. :)

The clean-up started out to be loads of fun too...

...that is until the vacuum had been running for
OVER AN HOUR!!!

Justin stood up smiling, little foam chunks all over his clothes and hair, and said, "boy, that was the dumbest decision I ever made... I should have listened to you." Then he started laughing and said, "let this be a lesson to you kids, you should always listen to your mother!"

It's been a long time comin' for these little hoodlums!

Finally they got to go
SLEIGH RIDING!
Wahoo!

Our driveway isn't even that steep but the other night, thanks to the frozen slush underneath the freshly fallen snow, it made for the perfect place to go sleigh riding!

The kids had a blast!

We came inside and each sipped on a nice hot cup of cocoa in our snowman mugs.

Perfect, just perfect!
